We accept 2D and 3D files including STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, STL, and PDF formats. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us what you have and we’ll review it.

- What is your typical lead time?
• Prototypes: 3–7 working days

We offer tight tolerances up to ±0.005 mm, depending on the part geometry and material.
- Do you accept small quantity or prototype orders?
Yes, we accept orders from a single piece to low/medium volume production. We support startups, R&D, and pilot production.

- Can you provide inspection reports?
Absolutely. We offer dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, and other quality documentation upon request.
- Do you sign NDAs for confidential projects?
Yes. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect your intellectual property and designs.
- How do I get a quote?
Send us your drawings (in STEP, PDF, or CAD formats) along with material, quantity, and finishing requirements. We usually respond within 24 hours.
